MY BIRTHDAY 2011

Like all other bdays I have this year is also SPECIAL.. celebrated it with my love ones.. my family, and the people I worked with for almost a year now my officemates :) naks! hehe.. :)

Our all time favorite..! yes back to back Hyatt burp.. sira na diet ko boohooo..  I love them can't invite all my relatives kasi syempre pricy din here. but obviously and for sure all of them didn't leave Hyatt with an empty stomach.. sabi nga nila busog to the bones hihihihi :)) Here are some pics of my cute pamangkins semi-enjoying the night lol :)

So far it has been another great bday for me except that I am not getting any younger huhuhu.. I miss my teenage years hayyyy.. oh well.. we can't turn back time so might as well live it to the fullest.. thanks everyone for being a part of my bday 2011.. you are all wonderful.. thanks for the giftsss!!! really appreciate and love them!!!

LEARNING TO COOK

It's almost 3 years since I graduated college at DLS-CSB major in HRIM,, yes HRIM.. cooking, baking and etc. I admit I didn't learn a lot from my course cause I didn't take it seriously.. I choose the course just for the sake of less math subjects hihihi :)) hate numbers.. (except money of course). I just didn't take it seriously, I didn't say I hate cooking in fact I have dozens of books about cooking and baking. At first I prefer baking than cooking, but after my last baking session (that was 4 or 5 yrs ago) I now prefer cooking than baking.. cooking is easier and many appreciate it more than baking. (I guess) hehe.. so here is my so called porfolio of my First to third time cooking all by myself w/o any help from others. happy and proud :)

Critics grade it A- I guess.. cause they all say yes its "MASARAP" so expect more cooking from me.. getting ready for my future as housewife, I mean a wife that knows how to cook hihihi.. thanks to cookbooks hahaha (wink)  (-.^)

ADOBONG BAKA - 07.02.11

AGAIN... followed the cookbooks instruction.. my family says its too sour... hmmm maybe because of the vinegar? it says I need to marinate it with 1/4 cup vinegar and 2tbsp soy sauce.. weird isn't it.. but anyway me I like it naman.. pero again not all taste buds are the same hehe will experiment on it nlng next time I cook again :)

THE RETURN OF MY BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

Sigh :( its been 4 or 5 years since I bake blueberry cheesecake and now is the return of my blueberry cheesecake.. w/o any assistance from my secretary (she helped me bake on my first) it was quiet good not until i tried to remove it from the pan. 1/4 of the cheesecake fell :( the taste? i don't know yet I am going to give slices of it to my family members and to my officemate first, then next time to my friends.. hehe.. :)

Nakakatawa when i was about to put my blueberry cheesecake in the oven.. I realize I don't know how to turn the oven on.. i thought it was an automatic oven it turned out I need to put fire on the oven for it to start.. I wasted almost 30minutes of my gas (dangeroussss i know) (good thing it didn't explode) (thank God) thinking it was an automatic oven nga :)

So there after almost 40 minutes preparation time.. baked the cheesecake for about 50 minutes.. NOW I am just cooling the cheesecake then place it in the ref. Serving time about 4 more hours from now (6:39pm) :)

FINGERS CROSSED: hope they will like it hay :))

Finally!!! at long last starting July 1, 2011 they are going to implement the SMOKING BAN all over the Philippines.. to all non smokers out there.. cheers to us!ヅ

LEISURE SLIMMING COFFEE

First day of my diet w/o exercise... yes WITHOUT exercise.. read on reviews on how effective this slimming coffee is so might as well give it a try.. first day... side effects is that i keep on going to the bathroom to pee hihihi.. will try it for a month.. hope it will work for me.. need to lose weight badly but too lazy to workout boohooo...

long day with shobe rosanna.. went to fitting, then glorietta.. shopped at forever21.. then watched the worst movie ever.. the tree of life.. fell asleep didn't finish the movie just a waste of our precious time toink!
